Plain-English service terms
Clear scope.
Clear expectations.
These terms explain the published offer families. A signed proposal, order form, or statement of work adds the project-specific details.
Counsel review pending. These working terms are published for transparency and may be updated before a payment link is activated.
Applies to every engagement
- Written scope first. The proposal or order form controls the deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, and price.
- A deposit is nonrefundable once work begins. Work begins only after the written scope is accepted and required materials and payment are received.
- Third-party costs, travel, licensing, rush work, and out-of-scope requests are separate unless the written scope includes them.
Business video
- The Starter scope includes the stated shoot, deliverables, revision, and delivery window.
- The free reshoot must be requested within 14 days and covers the same approved scope—not a new concept, location, or cast.
- Monthly Content has a three-month minimum. After the minimum, give 30 days' notice to end the service.
Film editing and post
- The client supplies organized footage, an available script, project information, and properly licensed music and materials.
- Published editing packages include two revision rounds unless the written scope says otherwise. Additional revision rounds are $250.
- Picture lock means the agreed edit is approved for downstream finishing. Later editorial changes may change timing and price.
Distribution Ready
- Readiness work organizes and prepares materials against the agreed delivery target. It does not guarantee distributor acceptance, a sale, placement, or release.
- Delivery Pass and Pro include one resubmission within the agreed scope. Additional rounds are separately scoped.
Press and publicity
- Publicity work builds strategy, materials, distribution, and outreach. Independent editorial coverage, placement, timing, and wording are never guaranteed.
- The client is responsible for accurate claims, approvals, rights, and timely access to spokespeople and materials.
